Always have a great meal at MISSY'S restaurant & the wait staff is wonderful. I've found some great items at the clothing store but they are requiring masks now so I will wait until they don't.

I'm a nanny in this community and the bike and walk paths are really nice. I would not choose to live here because of the confirming you have to do. I prefer to live somewhere where I can do and decorate as my husband and I like.

Assuming a villa, i believe all include full maintenance of the landscape that was part of the original home. I doubt it covers anything that was added on or any changes. Consult with your realtor and if needed, the HOA

Not really, but there is a small gift shop that carries crafty things. There is also a gas station (fuel only) and a cafe and bar.
