The staff was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The trike I wanted was not in stock at their store so they found one and had it shipped to their store. It was ready quickly and I am really enjoying it. Having someone to stand behind the product for future maintenance as well as breakdowns eases my mind about the up keep and is well worth the price difference of non-product specific online stores.

The service/sales people (all the same people) are very knowledgeable, helpful and always pleasant. Even if there is a wait, the talk is always bicycles and cycling so whether participating in the conversation or listening only, the information is interesting and informative making the wait time go quickly. I’ve been there when a fellow came in with an odd tire that the shop couldn’t even order, but the employee went on the computer to try to help the gentleman locate the tire. Anyway, great store, great products and great staff.

These guys really know what they are doing and service all bikes. I brought my grandson’s BMX bike in and Levi did a great job. This is my second time utilizing the service department, highly recommended!

Really enjoyed my visit and purchase from this store. They took their time, listened to my questions and helped me find the right bike for me. There was no high pressure to upgrade to a more expensive model or buy add service contract. The sales person took the time to make certain that the seat / handle bars, and everything was adjusted to my liking. I would highly recommend shopping here in you are in the market for a new bicycle.
