I went in and tried to swap out the power washer I bought a couple weeks back. Unfortunately my fiancé threw away the receipt and without a receipt they aren’t able to return the item. I was able to pull up my bank statement and I asked for the manager. No offense to the other clerks they were just doing there job. The manager Art was able to help me out. He immediately swapped it out and he wasn’t even on the clock.. what amazing costumer service! I will be back to buy more products. Thank you Art!

On more than one occasion, I have been sold used items. I have been sold tool boxes that had a quarter inch of dust on it and broken, sold to me as new. They returned my money and then took it back out of my account. Told me it was returned even though I said I can prove otherwise. Online order is taking a month to get to me, after repeated questions about the initial delivery date. Was told it would arrive on time...now waiting a month for my tools. I think it's time to become a Lowe's customer...what a shame.

Spanish speaking representative at tool rental 7:35pm Rafael helped us out this evening as he was running around by himself helping other customers very polite and fast service we hope to see him in a manager position he really went up and over the top to make us all happy with our rentals for tomorrows job thanks again we called many other places and no one helped us out like he did. 5 stars for Rafael at the pine Island and 41 store best home Depot experience
