I unfortunately bought my bike at Walmart. But when I had a problem with the bike Walmart could not help me someone recommended Paradise bicycle and I'm glad they did. They were very professional anf freindly. They took care of the problem immediately and go me back on the road within seconds. Total an awesome experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their bike fixed or even to buy a bike. I know in the future that any biking needs I have I'm be going to Paradise

This was simply the best bike shop I have ever been to. Brought my bike for a seasonal tune and new tires. Less than 36 hours later they called to let me know it was ready. The price was more than reasonable for what was done. If you can speak to Arsenio, he is by far, the most wonderful bike shop guru. He helped me get my new bike rack on and load it up. Never making me feel like less than a rider as I am still a middle beginner. Terrific experience. Thank you Arsenio!

Extremely knowledgeable staff with excellent customer service. If you need a new bike, or just want to your old one from the garage, go to these guys. They do repairs as well.

What an amazing customer experience! After having a horrible experience at the Trek store down the road I decided to try out a local bike shop. I was greeted at the door by Arsenio and told him what I thought I needed. My wife's Trek bike heaven in the garage for more than 5 years unused and I wanted to clean and fully serviced and I needed new tires. A service the Trek store was trying to charge me over $300 for without looking at my bike. Arsenio asked me if I had the bike, which i did, and himself and Brett offered to bring it inside for me which I declined but it was nice that they offered. I'll send you through the bike up on a rack and got Right to Work checking everything out turns out I didn't need new tires and he explained to me everything that he thought that the bike needed. I even inquired about an expensive accessory that after asking me some questions he made a suggestion for something much cheaper that actually fit my needs. The best part of this experience was that he was friendly and inviting and never made me feel like they were too busy for my time or my business. Also the service he told me would be done within 24 hours and be ready to pick up the next day. I usually only do food reviews because that's what I'm passionate about but I have been working in the retail and customer service industry for a long time and Arsenio and Brett at Paradise bikes have hit the nail right on the head. They are a testament to what a locally owned small business can offer versus a big corporate chain. That personal touch that earns business. I'll be bringing in my other bike to get serviced shortly and I couldn't recommend them enough!!!
