Usually not busy. Good place to launch small boats.

Single boat ramp with parking for about 10 tucked away in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Dock height compared to water was a bit high. Dock is tucked away and was providing a good break in the wind and current. The day I went there was no one on the water and still about 4 vehicles parked, 2 of which had empty trailers so it may fill out on busier days. Definitely recommend for crafts 18 ft and under but you could probably get away with anything under 23ft.

Best boat ramp around for awhile! Not a lot of parking sadly. One port a potty for emergencies. Limited access for large boats and vessels, but I've seen yachts be launched from here. Stay clear to the right of the no wake sign or you risk running your boat aground! Decent place to fish as well (mostly salt cats during low tide), but only open to non boaters until sundown. Two trash cans for waste disposal and a green bin for oil and other environmentally unsafe material.

If you like an off the path boat ramp that has about 10 spaces for parking but can easily access the Manatee River, this is the place for you. Seems like your using a private ramp as it's in the rear of the Highland Shores Development in Ellenton, Fl. but it's a county ramp.
