Absolutely horrible service if you want to pawn something. They also give you garbage used electronics as well. I have bought a computer in this store before that needed to be charge in order for it to function, today I was selling a computer that didn't have a really good battery, but works like brand new and they couldn't even accept that. Honestly, really hate this place and do not go there if you are wanting to sell your items because they'll just sell it for a worse price.

I was very displeased with the customer service I received today. I had to pawn my chain because of an urgent situation and was offered a $100 difference for pawning or selling. After looking at my ticket, they did not update my information either. They even referred me to another pawn shop because they couldnt give me what I needed, but unfortunately I had no choice at the moment.

After a horrible experience at another local shop, I came to this shop and I have to say that the Customer Service was great. The associate that helped me was very attentive to my needs and was able to help me in what I needed. I will be recommending this place to others and will be my new place for good finds!
