I paid $20for the “platinum “ carwash. The car was not vacuumed the inside windows & sunroof were not cleaned whole dash was not wiped down. This is the second time this has happened. I called to speak with the manager. I got Mike on the phone who identified himself as the manger. I started to explain he said ok so just come back. I said I could just go back and this is the second time & he said well what do you want me to then & he hung up! Needless to say if the manger is incompetent of handing a customer phone call, there is no way he could manager a team & the results are obvious in the poor car wash. I’ll take my money somewhere else!

I'm sad to say this is my last wash here. I paid for the platinum and I didn't get a good job. There was still so much dirt in the car, the outside was still dirty and there was soap on the roof of the car. Ugh I hate to say, but it used to be good here.

Today is the first time I went and I am so unhappy with the end result. I went to have the salt cleaned after the recent snow and half of my car still had salt on it. They only dried the drivers side of the car because I could watch what the were doing. The passenger side was dried with streaks and salt still on the doors. I will not be going back to them and would recommend that all should stay away. Horrible job.

I wish I read the reviews before going here. This is the worst carwash ever! The exterior cleaning is mediocre, but the interior is a complete joke. They barely vacuumed and it was visibly noticeable. The mats weren’t cleaned and just wet. …
