Looks like they spit on my car and vacuumed a little. They even f’ed my tint up like how could you possibly!?! Terrible service. Never again sad to say i used to come all the time. I am disgusted. My BMW was not worth your abuse.

Awesome car wash! My car was looking extra clean at a great price. The only thin is if you are getting a full service and there is a line, be ready to wait a good while. To me it was totally worth it tho! 👌

I just left New Wave car wash and noticed that my cup divider is gone! I tried calling a few times and no one is answering the phone. I don’t know what they did with it but I am not going back. I would rather order a new one since I am already annoyed with the service. I had to ask them to clean the inside of my right passenger door, which this should have been done as part of the superior package that I chose. They installed a new steering wheel cover I purchased from them but the gentleman put it on crooked and I had to adjust it myself. Also, they insisted I keep my bike rack on when I told them I would remove it. I don’t know how my car would get cleaned underneath and around where it’s attached. I have been coming here for years but it seems that there is a new crew and management but the last two times I left unhappy and now I have a missing cup divider. I hope they start improving the care for peoples’ cars.
