Terrible customer service I asked for 24 hours extension to pay my bill, my wife is an at home dialysis patient and they refused and were quite rude about it too! Won't even let me pay a partial amount they will only accept the full amount how stupid is that? Theu need a reminder they serve us the customer !!

I don’t know who is supposed to be checking the meters, but they aren’t doing it. One month your bill is $20, the next month it’s $300. Someone needs to investigate

Very friendly and professional staff. I called before showing up with general questions. Everything was answered quickly and accurately. It was very clean inside and well maintained. I was in and out quickly. Just a heads up, a deposit is required to get your utilities turned on regardless of credit.
