"Every problem is an opportunity in disguise" I had an issue with this store during the purchase of several phones/new lines last week. I received a call from the store manager, Chris, and my sales rep Julien. Both of these gentlemen took my complaint and turned it into an opportunity to show me the service this store provides. I was upset about transparency of fees being charged and Chris advised he would provide coaching to the staff. When a business can turn a bad situation around, it is the hallmark of good management and staff. Because of this, I'm changing my review. Julien - you handled this situation very well and I appreciate all you did to assist. Just make sure you explain all of the charges when someone is getting a new phone :)

Ricky, Keicha, and Chris were the bomdigiddy dogs! They were amazing and helped us get all set up! We are very happy with there service!! They all need a raise!!

My visit at this Verizon was one of the best thus far. I worked with Jose, he was very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions in ways I could understand. He even opened the door for me with a huge smile on his face, making me feel very welcomed! If I could give more then five stars, I would. Highly recommended!

Visited the store last week. Although I didn’t purchase a plan because Verizon couldn’t match or beat my current provider... I do want to say the customer service and experience went well. I feel like Shirley was very kind and knowledgeable she did try her best to get us a plan through Verizon but prices were out of her control. I feel like she deserves a little shout out for going above and beyond for my husband and I. I will be back when we can afford more in our budget for a phone and phone service.
