The manager accused me of telling him how to do his job. I only shared his competition offered one third rental rates and honor yearly leases to go with it. Not just month to month jacking up rent rates to go with it. Not the wall street fiscal quarter method you tried to have me believe. I got treated badly with no rights at all. You'll loose tenants and referrals for future business and then you'll not be busy enough at all...
