Lyca is the worst phone service I have ever used. I signed up for a 4 month service because they were offering a deal. Since then I've barely had working service - problems range from not being able to receive SMS (even in confirming signing up for online accounts or 2nd factor authentication), to dialing one person and having another person getting called, etc. It has completely destroyed any use for having a phone to begin with. When i tried to cancel the plan they said I had to do it a full 10 days before the beginning of the next month. Their customer service was also terrible - it's clear that they're out there to sign up unsuspecting customers! You have been warned!
