After a long road trip and a bunch of splattered bugs on the front of my SUV I decided to try Sparkles for the first time and got the VIP wash. When my car was ready I noticed the front was still dirty with bug marks which was the main purpose I got the wash. The inside dash and console was not clean and I don't even recall my trunk being opened. I was disappointed to have to point that out to them and still had to clean up my car when I got home.

Have been here few times before and I liked it that’s why I decided to returned today. However todays service was absolutely terrible.I checked my car after they cleaned it and it was still so dirty so I talk to the guy who cleaned my car and the manager. After all this is how my car looks after cleaning..

Not tht good. This time I have been going here 4 yrs.. 2 dy I get me door....damage.. Due 2 there careless... Though they guy said it was the wind . But there was no WIND... Let's see the out come... Frm the owner... So the out come was successful I like 2 THANK. ROBERTO..4 being very concerned...about the problem with my truck...I called him He was extremely NICE.... No attitude was so ever... We both came up with a FAIR.. Solution.....and I think we both Felt like we was not.... PUNKED....Thank u Roberto For your help ...👍👍👍
