Your Click and Go website for online ordering and parking lot pick up was bad. Did you tell an IT goof to make it better and not check his/her/whatever work? Congratulations on making the website more awkward and less intuitive.

Deli guy was incredibly rude. Almost adversarial. Told the checkout clerk that I had a bad experience in the deli. She didn't respond. Didn't seem to care. Going to find a different grocery store to shop at from now on.

I truly enjoy shopping at Festival Foods, the employees are always very nice and courteous, everyone always says "hi" or "good morning" etc. They do have some very good deals sometimes on their meat, or frozen, or seafood, unfortunately their prices for most other things at normal price is quite high. The things that I have compared pricing for from Festival, Walmart, and Woodmans, Festival is almost always more expensive by about 30% - 40%. Woodmans and Walmart are pretty comparable with Woodmans being cheaper overall. But I digress, Festival has fantastic bakery, meat, deli, and seafood counters, they are good enough to make the trip worth it right there.

My experience was a wonderful one. The store is bright & beautiful, the aisles are always neatly stocked. There's always clerks around to ask questions, there friendly, polite and very helpful. The fruit & vegetables are always fresh and beautiful and the displays are perfect. Also the meat dept. Is excellent all the meat is fresh not old & gray like at Walmart. So if your looking for a great grocery shopping experience Festival is the place to go, great products and friendly helpful staff. You won't find a better grocery store than Festival.
