a month ago I made my order for glasses is the time that has not arrived bad service people are not professional in customer service!! terrible experience and I'm still waiting for my glasses!!

The WORST experience I have ever had . . . . .twice. I figured I'd give them a second chance. NOPE. Never should have. On more than one occasion when I told the Dr. that I couldn't see the letters, his response was "Well then guess." He was dismissive of my complaints that I was having an eye drift, saying my prescription didn't change much, despite me telling him my old glasses were causing issues. I went ahead and ordered new glasses, while seeking out a specialist. I went to the specialist and found out my last two years of prescriptions were wrong, the contacts were wrong and I need prism in my lens. For 3 months I fought to get a refund for the glasses I never even picked up. They told me that it went back on my FSA card. A month later I check, no refund. I look on the receipt and it says, "Check issued." I never received a check. I am currently fighting with them STILL, and now have the better business bureau involved with trying to get my money back.

They don’t know what they doing the manger very rude and all the staff unprofessional I don’t know how they hire them. I am not going back to this office anymore and i hope the dr see this review and Chang his staff and I give this office 0 star

So RUDE. We have been a going here since it opened but now they just lost my entire family! I got hung up on by a Custer rep. She was supposed to call me when my prescription was ready, after I went in person, called 3x. Don’t go here!
