1. Zero diversity at the Far East Washington St. location. 2. Install the lane arms. It will help keep the correct flow in order. I use Unlimited, but when it's crowded I go to the other lanes to get a number because I've gone through the Unlimited line and come out with a basic wash a few times. And some idiots who use Unlimited do not follow the left to right rule. They jump right out as soon as that Unlimited gate arm opens up.

My car still had some dirty spots even though I got the ultimate wash. Also, they always try to upsell which can be annoying.

Had a free coupon they did an excellent job on my car one piece on the side came loose though I probably will never go there again but they did shine my car up really good but not going back there again because it knocked one piece loose on my car but I never went back and told them
