I stopped going here months ago! I ALWAYS encounter a problem at this BK. "Out of french fries, cant take debit cards bcuz the machine is down... once I was told it would b a 15 minute wait in drive thru because they're short staffed with only 2 people. This is the closest BK to my home but I drive 2 miles the opposite direction to another BK to avoid the frustration of this slum operation. I don't understand why it's still open! Bk corporate should've atleast gotten rid of the franchise owner by now... he's a slum Lord operator!

Pulled up to the drive thru for breakfast. They have great breakfast when it's cooked right. Usually it's my go to for breakfast. Employee inside said that location doesn't open till 11. This is just one of many instances at this location. Also, always check your order before leaving. Guaranteed you'll be missing something.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a whopper meal. Sat for a long time waiting. Get to the window and 2 employees are wrestling with each other. I'm already irritated because of the long wait but now I have to watch them playing. Finally get my order and I pulled up to check it. It was a big overcooked chicken sandwich and cold fries. I went in and spoke with the manager. She told them they need to pay attention to what they are doing. She gives me a whopper with no cheese and the same cold fries. I gave it back and told her the sandwich doesn't have cheese and the fries are cold. She hands the bag to another employee and walked off. He goes around the corner and puts a piece of cold cheese on it and hands it back to me with the same cold fries. At this point I'm done. I go to my car get my drink and and come back in. The manager sees me and asks what's wrong now. I told her to just give me my money back. Again she said what's wrong now. So I told her you got my order wrong 3x and I want my money back. She placed the bills in my hand but dropped my change on the counter. I'm seeing red at this point. It took everything I had not to come across that counter. Changes need to be made at this location. Starting with management. Whoever owns this store has a great location but your store is going to suffer with service like this.

Went to Long John's for Fish sandwich they had no Buns, WHAT! So hungry for said sandwich I went to Burger King at Cherry Tree. Ordered the big fish with cheese and was charged .60 for cheese and guess what, yep no cheese. Been there 4 times this year and order was wrong every time. I have left neg. review every time. Fish patty was OK flavor but tough and much smaller than the bun. $5.44 for basically a slider sized fish patty. Big Fish are you kidding? Nope won't be going back. That's a fact!
