I love coming here! My kids love it too! The macaroni pizza is there favorite! The ppl r so amazing here! They r always doing great with the customers they always have food on the bar. They r always so kind. I just can't express how amazing it is here. Amazing prices per a person too.

We were greeted by Dakota and Becka as soon as we walked in which is a pleasant change. The place was incredibly clean and you can see the buffet was completely full. I asked for a specialty pizza and Becka went above and beyond hitting my request on the spot. Super good and hot food, crazy to think it’s the same place from a few months ago. The operations manager Dakota came by the tables and asked how we were doing. Great people skills here, will definitely be back.

When me and my family went for dinner this place was absolutely disgusting. Hardly any food on the buffet, dirty plates stacked everywhere. No clean tables, trash cans were all full and the bathroom according to my wife was disgusting. One employee was letting pop run all over her hands checking to see what all was out. Another employee was asking people if they wanted a job while yet another was just chilling on their phone. The only good experience we had was getting our money back and leaving.

We were in town last week and remembered there was a CiCi's Pizza. We used to eat frequently at the one in Lafayette until it closed several years ago. My friend and I were both happy to eat there again and they did not disappoint. The buffet was well stocked and the staff kept up with keeping it that way. Everything tasted just as we remembered it. The staff was very nice and seemed to enjoy their job. We are already making plans to go back.
