I only gave a 1 star because I didn't have an option for a zero. I ordered a few products - 4 bar stools, a dining room table with 8 chairs and a dining server. Delivery times are absolutely ridiculous. Expect it to take about 6 - 12 months. We received our table the soonest - but no chairs until about 3 months later. One chair came broken - it took another 4 months to get a replacement. Then finally our dining server came in - damaged. It was cracked in 3 different places. I contacted Ashley's again for probably the 10th time - no exaggeration. They wanted ME to pay to ship back their damaged product - I told them no. Someone could come pick it up. They had me send them pictures and right away said just throw it away, we can't accept that back. (Because of the damage) So they ordered a replacement - which took another 4 months to get to us. We get the replacement today and immediately before we even moved it into the house I knew it would be damaged by the looks of the box - I took pictures of it before we moved it, once we opened it we didn't even bother taking it out of the box because the top of the server was cracked. I called Ashley's right away to report it - but this time I told them I am not waiting on a replacement for another 4 months just to get another damaged product and have to go through this all over again. After talking to someone on the phone for over an hour, being asked the same question over and over, being put on hold repeatedly, having to send more pictures - I was finally issued a refund. I will not be returning to Ashley's I truly hope that others have a better experience.

We went to Ashley to buy a new bed and we were helped quickly and professionally. We got a great deal. Our bed will be delivered soon....so all smiles here! We definitely will continue to buy our stuff from Ashley!

I would like to thank the team at the Sarasota location for fulfilling my order which the online store could not do. Multiple times. Their management team worked with my concerns over assembly of my furniture and worked with my requests. They were more than helpful when I was not. Kudos to Dan Brown and his team.

Overall very disappointed with my experience shopping with Ashley Furniture. After waiting over 4 months to receive dining room table and chairs, I received 5/6 chairs with uneven legs causing the chairs to “wobble” when sitting. Dinning table has We asked for a return on the table and chairs and were told that we could return them only to find out our return was “denied” on the basis that they needed to try fixing chairs first. Not very happy with Ashley’s customer service and workmanship of their furniture. Lesson learned.

They get your money then they don't care
Like all furniture stores, their money is made by helping customers that are THERE, not on the phone. They were busy.

Depends, they will probably charge you. The Spanish delivery drivers are jerks. And if you have vacant lots near you home even next door that are over grown they will dump the trash in those lots. We had to make them go back into weeds to get the trash they threw out. Along with other issues. Anyways I will never go back to Ashley Furniture
