Never again to this location. Workers not taking orders through the drive thru. Was behind someone else the wound not take their order as well, customer left after waiting 10-15 minutes. I waited 10… saying hello to get someone to take my order, no one answered. Drove around and see workers(slackers) goofing off! Place needs to be shut down!!

Thank you Rodney who hooked me up with a large ice water after attempting to bike to Madeira beach in the hot humid sunny Florida heat as if trapped in a hot baking oven as a bun!!!! Rodney is awesome, provided outstanding customer service….saw my need(dead from heat) and offered me a large ice water! Give this man a promotion please Dunkin’ Donuts is the best since my days on Dublin Granville Columbus Ohio…to 20st Huntington WV to bay pines Madeira beach. Pricing always great! Love the coconut chillers! Love the donuts and loving the ice water atm Thanks Dunkin’ Donuts, thanks mr rodney good sir! Always a lifelong loyal customer!

Gross hash browns!!! Burnt, squishy, falling apart. I’m not a picky person but they were bad. They remade them for me but same problem. I really don’t want to cause issues for the employees, maybe they just have bad appliances, so I didn’t go up a third time to ask for a refund. But now I’m sad and without hash browns :(

Corporate seriously needs to pay this location a visit and do some thinking about whether it should keep its doors open. If they can’t find anyone decent to work here it probably would be best if they closed it for good. First of all, the wait time to order was around 15 minutes even though the store only had two other customers waiting. When we finally got our drinks, one of them (chai latte) had an off taste as though the milk had gone rancid. We had to throw it away because it was completely inedible. My iced latte was ok, though. The craziest thing is that when we tried to exit the store all of the doors had been locked. It seemed for some reason they didn’t want any other customers entering the store. If you want a coffee, just go to the Starbucks on the other side of the Walmart. Waste of money.
