Why was I required to buy something to get my free donut today (Veteran's Day) at this Dunk in Donut? Yes I'm a Veteran from the era when we did not have a choice to defend our country.

It probably was a franchisee decision about that benefit. Thanks for serving and protecting our country though.

Is there anyway to get this Dunkin Donuts place closed down? It's filthy and the food is not edible. Had to throw away my order twice! NO MORE - you've lost a customer for good. Filthy parking lot, windows and workers are lazy and dirty.

Totally agree. I've stopped going. Wawa is the better solution, though there is no drive thru. This Dunkin is the worst customer service you will experience.

on sunday 11/10/2019 at 6:30am I was refused service due to one employee at work since 4am and she refused to serve anyone. I don't mind my order being wrong sometimes but not to be served cause of human error just not professional
