Called Todd in regards to a dishwasher issue. Todd was very honest in explaining that it wouldn't be cost effective to have the dishwasher serviced by him. Todd spent ten minutes on the phone explaining how to troubleshoot the issue. With his encouragement I was able to look up youtube videos and handle the issue myself. Talk about honesty! Todd will be my go to for any and all future appliance issues.

Is definitely a name and info I’m keeping for future use and passing this info to all my family and new friends. He fixed our fridge and our stove will be finished when the parts come plus he really put a smile on our faces!

STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! first time 'customer', my tenant called and described symtoms of the dishwasher, unlike other companies that would usually ask for an on site estimate (not free), Mr. Todd asked my tenant to perform some basic troubleshooting steps over the phone, which eventually fixed the issue! Not to mention he charges less for an on site estimate than competitors. I d highly recommend this company to everyone just because of his honesty and professionalism!

When I opened my refrigerator it was warm. Immediately I was in panic mode! Todd responded quickly, assessed my issue and suggested a solution that might help. Well his suggestion worked, and I am thrilled! What a kind, honest man. He could have easily charged me hundreds of dollars to ‘fix’ what I thought was a major problem.
