Live Free Health & Fitness is a great place to workout. The coaches are very knowledgeable and willing to address any issues and/or concerns that you may have as it relates to fitness and nutrition. I have been an active member for almost 10 years and have seen great improvements in my quality of life. I am always encouraged to challenge myself which sometimes amazes me. Incredible gym! Great facility, awesome coaching staff, and just an overall one of a kind experience. I was with this gym for a few years when I lived in New York, and I can still say to this day that this gym is the best gym I have ever been able to be apart of!
