So the line had one car ahead of me just to place an order and about 4 or 5 more cars waiting in line for their order. I waited 10-15 mins... car didn't move before I left. Another time( recently same month) was only accepting cash ( I never carry cash). Nothing on the staff because those things are out of their control. If I go back I'll update.

Couldn't make items due to lack of products. Every table was dirty and we had to ask for a rag to clean our table. They put dairy on my food and I have a food allergy.

Absolutely RUDE. worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady in the drive through was rushing us, and very rude about everything. I had ordered a mango freeze with whip for my drink and she handed it to me, with the lid off and it was dripping everywhere. Didn’t give me a napkin either to clean it off. Then when she handed us our food she practically threw it at us.

I've been skeptical of visiting a past favorite in Taco Bell, and after my recent visit rightfully so. After all of the items that have been taken off the menu is a bit disappointing already so when they run out of chicken or beef it's even worse! Now I only bought 2 small items on this visit, but the wait time was crazy for my order. I waited over 25 minutes for 2 small items which I find unacceptable! After receiving my food I ordered something to go for my family in which they didn't give me my entire order after another long wait. I probably will not be coming back to this Taco Bell. I used to visit this establishment often but as time goes on this location has gotten worse and worse.
