This was a great family (not really for singles from what I can see) resort and water park. I like the design as it is contained, so if your little one gets away from you for a second, it won't feel like the end of the world. The rides were big, colorful, and fun. My only strike on this park is the food from the restaurants in the building. Not all of them provide room service and the food was not top-notch in my opinion contrary to how nice they look. I like the fact that they have a pizzeria in the water park area... a great feature!

My family and I stayed for one night and that was enough. Hotel room was spacious and clean for the most part. Open hours for the park are limited, 11am to 7pm. After 7pm they offer one or two free activities, but also encourage you to spend more money at the arcade. Arcade games were okay, but most of them were either taking my money or not following through with the winnings. I had to ask for help more than 3 times, and eventually gave up. They have limited food options and the quality is poor for the prices. Definitely a one and done for me.

The resort is nice, especially for kids. The water park is fun, clean and well maintained. We got there Thursday evening so we could spend all day on Friday at the water park, only to find out that half of the activity pools were closed, so the little kids pool and the heated pool were way overcrowded. Also some of the arcade machines were not working, some out of tickets. It was very disappointing. On Saturday they opened all the pools, at least we got to experience one full day of activities. They did offer us a free day at the water park, but it’s not worth it for us to drive all the way from Brooklyn just for a few hours at the water park and then drive back. The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. But we had to follow the cleaning people around to get fresh towels and toilet paper. The room was never cleaned or replenished until we left on Sunday. Also there’s not much food choices. The food is way overpriced for the quality, I’ve never eaten that much fried food in my life.

We love the Kartrite and have visited 3 times. Everything is clean, food is good, and our kids love the water park and arcade. However, we were disappointed with our stay this week. The place is short-staffed and parts of the water park are closed like the lazy river, which is our daughter’s favorite attraction. The restaurant and bar in the lobby area are also closed, making the one restaurant serving people overwhelmed and they are struggling to accommodate the amount of people. On top of this, they jacked up the prices for the week of winter break. I don’t see how they can charge $550/night for a room with half the water park closed? Our room was big enough to sleep 6 people and it only came with 2 bath towels and no sheets or quilts on the bunk beds. When you call the front desk, no one answers. They ran out of things too like ice cream? The staff that does work there is very friendly and helpful. I just wish they could hire more people to keep the place afloat. When I asked why parts of the water park were closed, I was told they don’t have enough lifeguards. Maybe paying them more would help a little? Either way, if major parts of the water park can’t operate, they should not charge extra for the week of winter break, it’s not right! I’d really like to see this place succeed because it has great potential.

Because the children are waiting for it to open...
Day passes will be available if the hotel is not sold out. I'm not sure exactly how it's going to work but stay posted , and I will let everyone know by next month .
Not yet. Right now, they're supposed to open july 14th but it could change again
Whatever you do, just avoid the buffet st breakfast AND dinner it's terrible.
Yes u can go for 1 day but it cost less to go overnight. Tickets for the day r $99.00 per person & I stayed overnight with 3 adults and 3 children in 1 room for only $222.00 water park included & we used it 2 days
It's $79 per person plus tax if you just go for the day. But it is cheaper if you stay overnight and especially if you get the Go Big Summer package they have going on right now and stay in the room with at least four people. With the go big summer package the tickets come with the room. So if you get a room for say $300 for the night and split it between four people that's a nice overnight stay along with four tickets for everyone, which is cheaper than the $79 per person just for the water park. And when you stay overnight it includes a 2-day water park pass. The day you check in and the day you check out all day 9 am to 9 p.m. access to the water park.
YES
Passes for day only after may and only available online
There's a buffet (Eat Eat Eat), a bar/fast food (Harvey's Wallbanger), a restaurant (Bixby's Derby), a grab and go type of place with coffee and snacks (the highline), and a sweet shop with gelato (pop's)
Nothing like the city 🌆
So sorry Lulu I'm not sure.

Trust me it's way cheaper then others and service is top class too
It's been open since 7/1/21
No, not until sometime in 2021. As per governor's orders.
If you get a room, the park passes are included. If you have people or extra kids coming to join you at the park you attach them to your room for an additional $35 instead of the $60+ price.
The small child area has 8" deep water and has many things for toddler size children.
They can vary. Call for more information.
