The hotel suite itself was nice. However, our vehicle was vandalized during the night. As we went to report this to the front office another person staying there was also complaining about they’re window being broken into the same night. We called to discuss this with the hotel on our way leaving and they stated that they’re not responsible for the vandalism. And because the vehicle was parked outside of the range of their one camera located in the parking lot, we are out of luck. There are homeless people literally camping in the parking lot. A bus station is in close proximity so there is constant foot traffic. We stayed on the first floor and there was constantly someone walking directly next to the windows. A homeless man even slept underneath the window one evening. The fact that our personal property is not safe and that they really don’t care about that is the reason as we will not be back. Also we stayed there for one week, never had our room cleaned once, even after we requesting it be cleaned. The hallway smelled of urine. It was very disappointing. Marriotts are known for being higher quality hotels and this location does not meet their usual standards.

We were in Denver because our daughter was flown to the hospital after her heart quit during surgery back in Kansas. We have been so blessed by TownePlace waiting patiently on us to let them know one day at a time what we needed. Their breakfasts are great, especially the Spinach Quiche, it was perfect! Nice rooms and great extras, too. Gym, store, washer, dryer, pool, all of the amenities.

Managers are so sweet and the cleaners have such good attitudes. They help you with any requests, big or small. Better pricing and more efficient extended stay necessities, such as ovens. Not just microwaves

It was nice to have a working kitchen. My room wasn't very clean. There were hand prints in the doors, a pair of socks (not mine) on the carpet plus lint etc. There was spilled milk in the lower part of the refrigerator that was not from me. I asked for someone to come vacuum twice. I ended up vacuuming myself. The bed was lumpy. The continental Breakfast was warmed up packaged food: waffles, eggs and muffins. The oatmeal was good. Staff is nice. Guests are nice and quiet. We were there for a week. I stay at Marriott hotels often and I would stay here again but only if necessary. Housekeeping needs to step up their cleaning. I wiped down the room with Clorox wipes to be extra cautious due to covid. There's a lot of parking, restaurants, and grocery store and movie theater within walking distance.

No bed bugs in our rooms. It was a perfect stay for our couples getaway.
Not that i know of but for a stay that long...just ask for a discount
