I had a VERY pleasant stay. I enjoyed the evening reception and the cooked to order breakfast. I also really enjoyed having a suite because it gave us a lot more room. The building could probably use a remodel, but everything was great! I would likely stay here again.

The hotel lobby is nicely renovated. The rooms are trashy at best. Toilets are wobbly and unstable. Bathtubs are worn and peeling and different colored. The towels have pink stuff on them. The lobby TVs were all out on Saturday and Sunday so no TV services and the front desk was not sure what was going on and advised it was a corporate problem. They ran out of 1 of the 2 beers for happy hour then the next day ran out of the other. There was 10 soccer teams there and we were advised our kids were knocking on 1 persons door and running and even showed camera phone picture of our kids walking on the other side of the hotel so magically they ran all the way across the hotel in 5 seconds and then were just walking at that point and only happened to 1 door. Renee at the front desk wanted to single us out on multiple occasions for no valid reason and then decided to throw the employee who had been there for one month at us because she didn't want to deal with it. Homeless person out by the dumpster in the back which was a little concerning and even when he went in the building to steal some soaps and towels, didn't appear to be an issue for them. Would not recommend for sporting teams.

An aging property in need of some TLC. Many of the rooms (quantified: 2 x stays) do not have working fixtures or need maintenance - i.e. a light out, caulk/trim is missing or damaged, and the carpets are old. The breakfast was good, and generally Embassy Standard fare. With regard to the manager’s reception, I have NEVER been to an ES property that limits guests - however this one limits guests at 2 x drinks/night. Finally, the worst facets of our stay were 1: the invasion on the weekend which taxes the already slow lift system, and 2: the staff whom didn’t recognize us a road warriors and didn’t treat us like we were at home away from home. Basically, business travelers should look elsewhere for a property whom is concerned with business stays, as well as hosting elementary aged stays for dance contests or camps.

Update to first review. Spoke with Ryan (located at the hotel) and he went above and beyond to make it right. He refunded our charge for the night, apologized, and had great customer service. Our interactions with Ryan have impressed us so much we would give it another chance and stay again. In addition to the first review I should have added these positives from our stay....our room was clean and spacious. Also the breakfast was good and the staff working the breakfast were great!

Basic cheese and crackers with some other mixed snacks and drinks but not bad at all for no money
Actually, they say they do - you just have to call them.
Decent sized (indoor) - but water collects on the floor all around it, so you walk through puddles just to find a chair. I advise you don't bring shoes you don't want soaked!
