The facility is very clean. I wish the cafeteria was open for family. Some staff explain the medications and some do not but all the staff is friendly and welcome me by first name. The location is easy access to get to from all parts of Tampa, being close to the crosstown. It is also nice to do virtual visits with facetime or zoom.

I just wanted to share how awesome Security Guard Alexander is! He's very friendly which of course helps a lot in a hospital. Also how awesome, friendly & considerate the kitchen staff are!! My Dad has been here recovering from Covid for awhile, it's been hard but having friendly & helpful people around him makes things easier, thank you.

My husband was a patient at Kindred in Tampa after being in TGH. The CEO AND case manager were very helpful and available to me. The nurses and CNAs were very nice and professional. The different therapists; physical, speech, and respiratory were great. I wish they would allow more than one visitor per day.

Mixed feelings about the entire experience. Medical staff does a good job with the task on had. There seems to be a lapse or a break in continuity with treatment between shifts at times, where what gets done by one technician might not be followed what the previous technician was working on. I understand that it might be an unrealistic expectation to have a close to cater treatment for a patient, but as family members our trust lies completely on field professionals to provide the best medical care for our loved ones. Thank you to everyone that stepped to the challenge with vocation and professionalism.
