Horrible place. Staff is uncaring and complacent. They basically told my mother she had to leave because they didn’t want to deal with her. They just stopped all services and told her they were not going to ask for insurance authorization anymore. Then they lied to me and told me it was Medicare that said she had to go. Medicare told that was not true and they said she no longer needed Care when she was totally dependent on assistance for ADL. When I tried to visit they gave me a Covid-19 isolation story.

Great nursing care. I have a loving family member resides under their care. Staff and administration are trusted, caring, and communicates well with families. Neat and clean facilities. Before COVID, they had activities going to Golden Corral and other places. Great recreational activities. Nurses are wonderful and everyone treated like family.. Our family appreciates all they do and blessings to all. This is the best facility on earth. Thank you.

So my wife and i are locals. I can see what is going on here based on the reviews of this facility. Here are the facts. Anytime a loved one is here is because they need help. And are very sick. Emotion is taking over the reviews. Rehabs are a chance to get better with trained help. Hard truth is not everyone is going to recover fully. Over the last decade We have personally visited 5 different relatives and friends here. One has since died. Others have been released and doing well. Bottom line this is a great facility. Very clean and well staffed. If you find yourself or loved one or even a friend here. You need to encourage that person to not giveup and to fight back to life! Instead of blaming a facility or staff in a review. Step up and help. You can do it!

My Mother spent a month in this facility. When I visited, my Mother would explain how horrible the staff was, food and customer service. The nurses are the absolute worst I have ever encountered. I expected more since they were affiliated with AHS. She mentioned one night a man had fell in the hallway and crashed into a wall. Apparently the man asked to go to the hospital, but instead the nurses picked him up and stuck him in bed. On another occasion they served rice, lettuce and cheese only as the main course. The nurses will walk in at all hours of the night and flip on the overhead lights, as well as laugh and talk while patients need to be resting. Most of the nurses will stand there and ignore you until they finish their conversation. The day after my mom was discharged from the facility she died in her home. While going through my moms belongings she was discharged with her medications along with other patients. Very very lousy rehab facility. If you want the best care for your loved one then I do NOT recommend bringing them here.

No this SNF does not provide on-site service, however accommodations with transportation can be made to and from dialysis center.
