Recently I had an eye exam and purchased some new frames. While I was picking out my frames and also when I returned to pick them up I was helped by Lea & Megan. Two of the nicest young ladies you could ever meet!! Besides being courteous and helpful they are also genuinely kind. Great job ladies and thank you!!!

Today was a lovely day at the eye doctors. My son and I were greeted by Chloe who was very knowledgeable and super nice in helping us to pick frames. They went through the process smooth and clear and she knew exactly what to offer to make his frames pop for his Junior year. My son was overwhelmed with the variety but Chloe stepped in and helped him to find the perfect pair for him and he loves them. Great customer service from Chloe and I will definitely tell my friends and family where to go. Thank you Chloe

Optical outlets was a great place to get my eyes checked and get a cool pair of glasses. The staff was great, especially Megan. She was knowledgeable and helpful, and made the experience go by with no stress

Our puppy got a hold of my wife Verna's glass and probably didn't like how they worked for him and decided to see how they tasted... Optical Outlets is getting replacement at low cost. Thank you.

Taking your child for a comprehensive eye exam at an early age and maintaining the recommended eye care schedule as they grow is the best way to ensure your child's vision develops correctly. Visual skills support optimal learning and full participation in school and all other activities. Our pediatric eye care services include child-friendly and age-appropriate exams to check visual acuity, eye tracking, focusing skills, and problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, lazy eye (amblyopia), crossed eyes, dyslexia, color blindness, disease, or medical conditions. Depending upon our findings, we’ll discuss what’s right for your child and prescribe eyeglasses, vision therapy, or additional procedures as needed.

A comprehensive eye exam involves a series of comfortable and pain-free tests that offer a close-up look at your eye health and visual function. Between having all the tests performed and discussing the results with our eye doctor, you can expect your visit to last up to an hour.

How is an exam for contact lenses different from a regular eye exam?

If you are interested in wearing contact lenses or you are due to have your current pair of contacts checked, a specialized evaluation to measure and assess your eyes is required. Different measurements are needed for contact lenses because, unlike an eyeglass lens, which gets positioned approximately 12mm away from your eye, a contact lens sits directly on the surface of your eye. Depending upon your vision requirements and lifestyle, we’ll guide you in choosing the most suitable and effective contact lenses to address all your needs.

I've had 4 pairs of glasses from here never have seen correctly since had my eyes exam. Glasses broke took them back and told them I didn't see well at all. I ended up purchasing two more pairs of the same glasses almost another 250$. Got them went in I told them I couldn't see, they said go home try them out for a few days and let us know. Called them back on the third day to tell them they weren't working couldn't see like I should. There's no manager here today he'll get a hold of you asap. Two day's later I get a phone call we go round and round it comes out the even though I complained since day one, I was 90days out so that meant that my eye's had gotten worse. Needless to say I now have 4 pairs of useless glasses still can't see and they send me Emails once a week to come in for a new eye exam? Don't think so. This is what happened to me. To many other places that would take care of this problem. One more thing I'm a diabetic with Cateracs and they did nothing, I would Not Recom
