By far one of the worst experiences at an eye doctor. This Optometrist is pushing Vuity eye drop prescriptions as a way to pad her appointments with unnecessary exams. My initial exam took me almost 2 hours, with an appt. After less than a just a month she refused to refill my prescription demanding I come for dilation, which they had told me initially was unnecessary if I paid extra for an alternative exam, which I did. They also falsely stated the manufacturer said it was required, that the drops were causing glaucoma and other issues so extra exams were necessary to ensure bad things didn't happen to my eyes. I asked to see the notice from the manufacturer and they admitted no such notice existed. I was also told on two separate occasions the doctor was too busy to answer my questions about this over the phone although the supposed risks of the prescription after use for less than 30 days are so great I needed to immediatly return, spend more time and money to come see her. There is nothing on the manufactureres website or anywhere else on the web about this supposed "requirement". I checked with the manufacturer and this is untrue. Will be reporting them to the state.
