Customer service was exemplar! Chris knows how to run a store and put his customers first. Ilina was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient and professional. I will continue recommending this Visionworks to everyone I know!! Great job!

So sad. So incompetent. Luckily they were so incompetent I wasn't even charged because the machines and the people weren't able to give me a proper eye exam. I won't even think about giving them another chance with my eyes.

Sad customer service. They played games with us. Son needed contacts. Was a patient. Went to doctors Desk. They said go up front. Go up front and she says where's your prescription. We thought at first she was kidding. We just came from the doctors desk. Why wasn't it on file? Well. I don't have your prescription. She was combative. Said doctor was independent. Go back to doctors desk. Ask for prescription and asked why she told us we needed to go up front. Refused eye contact. DID NOT explain. We got our exercise walking BACK up front. Woman continued to be combative. Finally (thankfully) she asked Jim to help. He explained that they lost their copies of the prescriptions when they went to apple tablet. Really? He was nice. Those other two? Both need remediation in customer service. We've been going there for YEARS but will NOT when possible now. Complete BS. THANK YOU Jim. AVOID AVOID AVOID
