Just purchased our fourth vehicle from Stingray, and have had Raul for a salesman. He was off when we came in this time so we had Michael Allen for our salesman. Overall great experience, but we still don’t know when our new purchase will be delivered. I’ve called and talked to several different people and can’t get and answer as to when I’ll receive my new truck. Only suggestion would be to keep customer more informed.

Everything was great until the finance manager pulled a spot delivery/yo-yo scam, overall great dealership under the circumstance that you handle your financing by yourself, ideally before you walk thru the door. Do not drive any car off the lot before your loan is fully approved as they may ask you to come back and pay up to triple the interest rate you signed off on. This is because the dealership will receive extra money from the bank offering a higher interest rate. They won't always do this, but when it's an available option, they absolutely will. This written review was originally a perfect 5-star review, but due to this major inconvenience (signing off, taking the car, then being forced to drive back) this review is changed for greater accuracy. My compensation for a 3 hour drive, many wasted hours, & unnecessary complications was a tank of gas. Deal wasn't completed until 18 days after receiving the vehicle! If this had not happened, it would've been the best car purchasing experience possible.
