Tiffany came to test our water. She said she saw frogs in our aerator and continued to test the water showing all sorts of "bad" things. We buy the Sulfur King for $3800 and that is when more problems begin. Now my house smells of sulfur whenever I use the hot water. The hot water heater is only 15 months old. They tell me to replace the anode rod, I do, and still the hot water smells so bad of sulfur. What have they done to my water system? I call, someone comes out and says the water heater elements need to be replaced? Really?? Does anyone know why my hot water heater is now producing so much sulfur right after your product is introduced to my water system? I don't think it's a coincidence. Should have left my old aerator to do it's job, frogs and all. At least I wouldn't have a house that smells of sulfur whenever the water is used. How embarrassing when family comes to visit. Stay away from this company!

A few months ago aqua pure solutions was offering a free water testing and we figure why not. We just bought this house let's get the water tested. So we had their sales guy come out. Have us this whole story that we needed to replace our water softener system that it was unhealthy water. Well their scare tactics worked. We bought an $8k system. With the old system my water never smelled of sulfur. 3 months into having the new system replaced we have so much sulfur in our water it's nauseating. The have bleach our pipes 3 times finally after the 3rd time the smell was gone for a few days but my skin is irritated. I have dryness and rashes. They don't seem to know what their doing. I have requested to speak to the owner. He never called me. I keep getting the same men that don't seem to know what's wrong and how to fix it. The one and only person David that knew what he was doing left this job. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE they took my 8k and left me with the worst smelling water ever my entire home smells strong of rotten eggs I had eye surgery and the sulfur is irritating me my my eyes im going to find someone to check out the system and I want my money back 8k. I'm going to court.
