I went to the La Habra B of A branch today to transfer money from one of our church's CD's to the checking account. Service was excellent! Reps Monica and Fernando were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful! My thanks to them...great job! They are great B of A employees!

This is the worst bank I have ever been to. Every time I've gone, I see over 30 people lining up and there's only 1 teller. This is beyond ridiculous and I'm convinced everyone who works at this branch are idiots. I see so many complains and yet these people don't do anything about it. You all should be ashamed. I genuinely wonder how this banks still operates. Switched banks, and never looked back. Absolutely horrible customer service and no regard for their customer's valuable time.

I will be filling a complaint with the BBB , who ever is running the bank is doing a terrible job also I had a teller try and steal 1,000 dollars from my mother, teller told her the same old story of you need a bank account to get your money etc. , my mother wanted 3k in cash but teller said she could only do 2k , the receipt said 3k like seriously? Before she left she got everything sorted. Dont trust this location and always double check before leaving the teller they're really sketchy.

I walked into my local Bank of America today unsure of who to speak to about opening a new checkings and savings account. I was greeted by an employee named Frank. He listened to what I needed and promptly showed me all the options that were available. Opening the account was very swift and hastle free. All other employees had a smile on their face and were very pleasant. Something that is desired in these times we are living in. Keep it up BOA La Habra. Thank you for your help today.

Your question seems incomplete......maybe you got disconnected before finishing.....post a complete question.
Ask your worker to check with his bank to find out the reason his bank refused to accept your check.
Because they make the rules & we are the fools.
That is called a hold. All banks will allow you to withdraw a partial amount (between 100.00 to 200.00 depending on how long you have been banking with them) from your deposited check but you have to wait for the check to clear if you want to withdraw more than the partial amount allowed.
