Super friendly and caring. My dog had an emergency and they took care of him without delay. A couple days later they called to check on my dog and offered to answer any questions I may have. I was really impressed; they actually DO care and that means the world to a nervous pet parent like me. At a routine wellness check-up, everyone made a point to day hi ask how he's adjusting to California. My dog is in good hands, here.

Our animals have been regular patients there for many years. Normally we just get a reminder card when they need vaccinations. Dr. Mazzi would only require an exam if it were necessary. Such as if the animal did not appear healthy enough for the vaccination.
There is a clinic on Thursdays from 2-5pm and vaccinations are $ 27 for dogs and cats. Vaccinations are only available on Thursdays.
It's about the same for dogs. It also depends on the needs of the dog. They do what is needed for the health and happiness of your pet.
There are 4 doctors, I believe. Two of them are Dr Mazzi and Dr Caldwell
