Superior service from Rey Cruz at the Cadillac of Lakeland collision Center. I brought my car to Rey after receiving some shady estimates. I knew that my bumper could be repaired without replacement and Rey was able to make it happen. Rey greeted us with a smile and spoke to us in a professional manner. This was the first time that we went to Cadillac Lakeland. The experience was very good. We had a factory recall and they assessed the situation. They told us that the parts would be ordered and they would schedule a time to replace the defective item. When they returned the car it was washed and beautiful. It was an unexpected treat. This will now be our go to place. Very friendly staff and very professional. Glad we chose them.
