Nice, clear voice, so I could hear and follow their directions. Helped me to reset the oil change notification. Love their help getting me out of the bay and safely out into the exit area.

I’ve gone to this Valvoline location twice now and they are always so kind! They provide fast service and are very friendly. When I went they got a pretty large line behind me and they didn’t rush their service of vehicles and made sure everyone was checked in and taken care of while they waited. I’m moving back to Washington so I can’t come here anymore but highly recommend these guys!

I've been to two different Valvoline locations in the last week- one in Newport Oregon and one in Corvallis Oregon. The experiences could not have been more different. The gentlemen at the Corvallis location were so helpful, going out of their way to order in the filter I needed (while I waited), apologizing for the delay, asking if I needed anything while I waited, letting me know that I could always call ahead to make sure they had everything in stock before I arrived, and just generally being awesome at customer service. Great job, thank you.
