Ment to write this two weeks ago but yeah they tried to tell me I had no oil in the engine but did not show me the dipstick, mind you I just had the engine rebuilt and doesn't leak or burn no trouble codes or low oil lights came on either so.. They may have goof coupons but don't let them tell you you're out of something without making them show you!

I was told that I should do an engine flush for $50 dollars because I had gone 1000 miles too many (this was not true, I had only gone 200 miles above, the guy misread my old sticker, but that was a minor mistake). I had never heard of this and my mechanic friend said that changing the oil does a pretty good engine flush itself, so I decided not to do the flush. Afterwards I did some research on engine flushes, and found that they are controversial, and doing it depends on the age of the car, and how harsh of a driver you are (do your research). Then I bought the premium oil for 5,000 miles, but the new sticker I was given told me to come back after 3,000 miles. If I had not been paying attention (like most people) I would have been cheated out of 2,000 miles worth. The guy said it was because they put the manufacturer recommendation instead of what the oil is rated for, but that's not a good excuse. Every other time I've been here I feel like I've had good service, but I noticed all the employees are new, which made me think management might have changed as well. Please do your research when they offer you a special service, and make sure to double check their calculations. Otherwise, everyone was very nice and friendly. I would lean towards blaming management rather than the employees.

The staff here were very kind to my son, patiently explaining all the services available for his first car. They showed him his air filter clean. They did attempt to upsell the oil but were not pushy at all. The carpet vacuum and car wash were nice touches. I think he will be back.
