Huge Thank you to Hellers gas and Brenda in customer service. With gas prices soaring as they are I expected a rise in my propane bill. Unfortunately it soared to a unaffordable price at $4.70 a gallon. After I had a stroke, I called around looking for better pricing. Brenda at Hellers worked with me and created a plan we could both live with including a credit to my account. Thank you Brenda and Hellers gas for working with me!

I have been with Heller's for one year. As far as communication and customer service they are terrible. I have had numerous dates scheduled for services, promised calls the day prior to service for a time window they would be out and never do I get a call. During installation a tank monitor was supposed to be put on...a year later and still waiting for one to be installed. When I was a potential customer and inquired about tank installation, my phone rang nonstop once a week asking when I was ready Now that I am a paying customer...no phone calls regarding cancelling, services delayed and always a song and dance as to why it can't be done. Telling me there is no one in my area when I am 20 miles away is absolutely ridiculous. UPDATE! 2/7/22 they came out to put the tank monitor on finally. One week after it was put on I receive an invoice for $50/ 15 gallons of propane. The irony of this is on 1/21 my tanks read 85% and 52%. Today my tanks read 81% (a tank that has not been used since end of January) and 44% on the second tank. Where was 15 gallons placed? I was on the phone for an hour and I was told in the 120 gal tank, oh thanks which one because I have 2? Then I was told it was out on the tank that read 70%, well that's crazy because I take pictures of my tanks weekly and my readings aren't matching theirs. Now I'm waiting to hear back from a manager, always a waiting game I'll probably recieve a call from someone else questioning my review and asking if I'd take it down like they did last time.

We have used Hellers for over 10 years and they have been very reliable and competitive in pricing. They are also very responsive for service calls. Their office staff are courteous and helpful. I recommend them highly.
