Today bought a car and was cheated. When I asked about the sound of the car, he told me the converter got cut off. And when I arrived home realized it was the def system. That’s why they gave me special papers to sign and didn’t accept to pay by card or check. And what now? This car doesn’t serve me. Update (the situation solved quickly and professionaly from the dealership. Honestly didnt expect such great attitude. Loved the service and ppl there. By chance will definetly come back to them)

I’m fairly new to the Jeep Family but both times I have visited this location for an oil change, it has taken hours to complete. I arrived for my 3:15 appointment at 3:00 and handed my keys to a lovely service representative named Susan. I let her know that we would be waiting for the vehicle but would be grabbing lunch at a nearby restaurant. I called to check in on the vehicle at 5pm and was told that the vehicle should be about 20-30 minutes more. I did not get the keys to my vehicle until 6:15. I don’t believe that this a service standard for any Jeep dealership.

Wow. I had a great experience here. Working with Steve and Danny was a unexpected but absolute pleasure. I was able to work most of the transaction over email/ ext which I really appreciated as it limited my time at the dealer. I was in & out in under two hours and was really happy driving away in my Jeep gladiator. Highly recommend Steve. He is a great guy and a straight shooter. Danny was very helpful in getting me set up and everything going over email/text. Overall, highly recommended this dealer if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

Yes we require all employees and customers to wear a mask inside the dealership. We also practice social distancing, but when we can't social distance we have a plexiglass covering between the employee and customer. We also have plenty of hand sanitizer throughout the dealership and we are constantly cleaning surfaces. We have have a disinfectant company come by periodically to sanitize the whole building.
