As far as apartment living goes, this complex is great. It is a quiet and clean community with nice amenities. Whenever we have to submit a work order, maintenance is on it in a very reasonable amount of time. Anytime I visit the front office I'm always greeted by a friendly staff. Parking can get a little tricky if you have 2 or more cars, but everything else is wonderful.

This place is awesome. Let's start with customer service. Daniella (community director), Trina, Victoria, and the rest of the lease managers are amazing people who will listen and address any issues you may have. If I put any work orders into the downloadable "ActiveBuilding" portal, they are addressed same day! Maintenance crews are extremely professional and wear shoe covers before they walk in. If you want to customize your apartment, let the office know! They've helped me choose colors and have accent walls painted in. Each unit has a covered parking stall and anything uncovered is guest parking. Package Mail is also logged into inventory and signed for when received. Overall, I am very satisfied with this apartment community. All my neighbors are working professionals and everybody is reasonably quiet. I notice a lot of uniformed personnel as well as veterans who live here too. If you have any issues, there is a night manager named Cody who you can call and there is contract security on patrol. If you want to live in a safe, quiet, gated community with no riff raff... then Sycamores is one of the best options in Vacaville.

I lived at the sycamores for about 2 years and compared to a lot of the other apartments in vacaville, this place was the nicest for the price. It has gates and fences that surround the property although you can hop right over since its only chest high. the landscape is well taken care of and the groundskeepers always keep the place clean and tidy. I never had an issue with the office staff, they were all really nice and helped with whatever problem there was. the maintenance guys were fast on fixing things, normally a day or so if not that same day. one thing that's cool about this place compared to some other places I've lived at lived at is that they have a night manager. I only met him a few times in passing but he was pretty nice and always had a chipper attitude. on the other hand however, if you broke any property rules you can be sure to have a letter on your door when you wake up. having received a few of these, it gets annoying, true I was in the wrong but still, take a day off or something. lol but it was nice having him there and since he was there till 2-3 in the morning, if there was ever a problem I could call and it would be taken care of pretty quick. My overall happiness with living there was high and the staff made it that way. If the military hadn't transferred me, I would still be there getting violation letters from him.

We have been here at the Sycamores for a year now! We had one week to move from WA state and find a place to live, We searched for 2 days and we fell in love with this place! Much smaller than we were use to but very cute places! Daniella, the office manager was excellent to get the process going and get us moved in VERY quickly! We cant thank her enough!! We absolutely love ALL of the staff members! The maintenance are always here to help and fix things in a timely manner! My daughter loves to go see the ladies at the office!! I do agree there is a lot of traffic in and out, however this is an apartment complex that is bound to happen! The place is always clean and for the most part it is a very quite community! If you are considering this your next home, I highly recommend the sycamores! You wont regret it!!!
