Took my boat to get serviced here. They understandably didn't get around to it due to Covid. I decided that I didn't want to miss out on a full boating season, so I decided to look at buying a boat from them. …Jake, as you know on June 6, 2020 I emailed you a Purchase Offer with the details of the potential sale. Also on that Saturday, you submitted an application for financing, which took 4 days to receive the approval. The terms from the credit union were not favorable for you, which is out of our control. I believe you were going to look elsewhere for financing. Also you could not produce a title for your boat trade. You were going to submit a T-1 to the state for them to mail a duplicate to you. We could not have completed the sale without complete documentation. You did offer to write a check for the trade value until you received the duplicate title, however this is not an ideal way to handle the transaction for either party, especially out of state. On June 12, 2012 you requested to cancel the potential sale and you were going to pick up your old boat (trade), which we had out/ready for you to haul away. I'm glad you found what you were looking for. Happy Boating.
