In 2021 Stopped by to schedule them to look at our boat motor . Was told to drop it off after hours and park in it in back and it would take a few days. Left number and make and model of boat. A week later we decided to call in and to our unpleasant surprise, they told us they didn’t know who’s boat it was and never touched it. When we did get boat back an additional few days later the motor was worse and our case oil was drained and not filled like they told us they would do AND was very rude as if we were a bother. We thought it was a fluke and hoped it was a bad day. In 2022 went up to again for a part and again was treated as if we were an inconvenience! Was told they couldn’t get a part in for months or at all. We went to a place close by and was treated with dignity and parts came in asap. Will NEVER recommend Lakeside Marina!
