This place is good for kids but they need to implement a line for membership. You need to spend 30~60min all time that you go to receive the bracelet. So when do you receive the bracelet you want go back home.

My son purchased a membership a month ago and we couldn't be more satisfied. His membership allows me to enjoy jumping with him for an additional $2. What a bargain! The facility is clean and well-kept. The people working there are friendly and knowledgeable. Today, we talked to Dawn, the manager, and interacted with Thomas and Briana. They were all wonderful. Their smiles are contagious! My son can't wait to go back!

My son had a great time on Glo night. However, there is no direction to anyone who paid in advanced. They should have a sign or information online for these purchases. I purchased the tickets online for 7pm, got there the line was out the door so I waited in line thinking that was the way in. After waiting 20 minutes, I decided to walk to the front door. Come to find out, I didn't need to stand in line at all. Additionally, the food stand only sells snacks.

No one around to help with waiver form issues, staff claim they are understaffed as the reason it took us an hour and 20 minutes to get checked in and get a wrist band to jump, However there was 6 employees standing at the concession stand laughing and talking to each other while only 2 employees took payments,Just ridiculous! Lastly if your going to have employees looking miserable maybe they should just stay home or be put to work in a backroom away from the public eye. The worst part of the experience was the long wait to get a wrist band and the employees coughing everywhere with no mask on in the middle of a pandemic. Other then these complaints my kids had a good time. My wallet and myself on the other hand did not !
