I was just treated nasty by one of the workers there. I had a question and couldn’t ask it cuz his nasty attitude. Went to buy a ladder and something else and was not able to. Will try another place or maybe on line.

I'm a new shopper to Harbor Freight but am very impressed by the variety of products and their clean and uncluttered stores. A special shout out to manager, Joe. He was very cordial and professional and helped me select some great gear. Later he worked with "Big John" to wiggle and arrange the heavy purchases into my SUV. Without his determination and "outside of the box" thinking (literally) I would have needed to make a second trip. Thanks guys - I'll be back!
