I was in a car accident it 2020, I filled out the paperwork they asked me to for the accident so that I wouldn't end up with an outstanding balance. Well almost two years now, I find out that they infact never contacted my attorney to set up the cost etc. I actually had to have my attorney double check everything and we found out they never sent it to them. Originally I had asked if they provided any financial help with medical bills and I was told no but I can make payments if it comes down to it. When I came in here from my accident i had also asked for mri's and I was denied them and instead told that I have to get x-rays before mri's which is also just a scam to get more money from people. Never trust this emergency room and go to the urgent cares instead where the people will treat you like a freaking human. I'd rather die then ever come back to this er.

Got there late, had my stuff searched. Happy for it, no weirdo is going to sneak in a weapon. Felt safer, too many shootings lately on the news. I had to wait in the waiting room and you know? I didnt mind it, because I saw how hard the staff was working and I know sicker people needed to be seen first. I saw some ambualnces coming in through the window. I waited about 3 hours. Normal, I think, its a ER. I listened to a lady go off on a nurse for being put in waiting even though she was brought in an ambulance. She was rude, felt sorry for the nurse. If you're not dying... you can wait. Nurse was nice and patient with her though. Got to my room, waited some more... they were pretty busy and it was about 1 AM. I did hear staff talking at the desks but i didnt bother. i cant imagine the stuff they see so whatever gets them through their day. Turns out I was fine, just felt ucky thanks to covid. Got fluids, went home. Overall about a 5 hour trip but i was thankful they were able to help me even a little. Cant do much for a virus I guess, just wait it out. Next time I will go to urgent care for a test first or test at home.

Came here at 6:20am when ER was empty. Two others besides me in waiting RM. So far it has been over 1.5 hours and only one person has been helped. Nobody new has arrived to ER since 6:20am. No reason to have so long of a wait when there is literally nobody here! Rude staff as well. Terrible.

This used to be a decent ER but now it’s seriously terrible. I was there last night and the wait was 4 or more hours. There seem to be only 5 people working including front desk. They said they didn’t have enough rooms but when I was bright back to get an IV the rooms were empty. It seemed like a major staff shortage. They put all the patients in the waiting room for hours with IV bags. I never saw a doctor. It was scary because it seemed like you would die in the ER waiting and no one would tend to you.

Your best bet is to call the hospital and speak with someone in patient records. If they don't have it they can definitely refer you to who might
I'd call the cafe directly and check
No
Yep, the red lights are all in the vicinity of the flight for life hanger.
They do, but if it is serious they will transfer to penrose
There is a Ronald McDonald family space with 2 sleep rooms at the end of the Pediatric hall at St Francis.
Yes it was. Room 508 to be exact.
Yes, if i understsand your question...my er treating nurologist became my long term nurologist.
Its on wooden and tuft. Turn south on tuft then go through the roundabouts to the right.
Sorry I don't know for sure as I was there for some appointments only.
You can call the hospital and get transfered to the charge nurse, but you would have to be admitted as a covid patient to get one.
