SUPERVISOR FROM LIME LOCATION IS THE WORST!!! I had an appointment today at 4pm via phone for some results, mind you these results were sent over to my doctor Nov 2nd! I called all week and they stated that they did not receive them, i took it upon myself to call the imaging center where i had the procedure done, they gave me the date they sent them over (Nov 2nd) we are now on Nov13th , ive waited long enough with pain ! And i get a call in the morning over (missing consent forms) i sent them in 9/30/20, everytime i call to schedule an appointment i get told that they are not in the system, a few minutes later after i explaine that i did turn them in they check the system, mention that they just havent uploaded them, apologize and continue scheduling me, today out of all the other appointments that ive had since 9/30/20 i get a call from the "supervisor" at the lime location at 4pm stating that they have to reschedule me because they didnt receive my consent forms, im livid at this point because here i am thinking that i will FINALLY get an answer to my pain, unfortunately that wasnt the case, i proceed to explain AGAIN!! about the forms and she tells me that they sent me an email THIS MORNING to complete the forms (IT WAS AN INITIAL THAT WAS MISSING!!!!) NOT ONLY THAT BUT IT WAS AN INITIAL FOR PAYMENT OF THE VISIT !!! WHICH MY INSURANCE COVERS ANYWAYS!!! I spent 12min trying to keep my appointment but she stated " MY PROVIDER SEES LAST PATIENT AT 4:15" it was 4:17! I should of been able to speak to my doctor at 4:00pm when i had my appointment, she had no sympathy towards me, my pain or my situation, she was rude, cold and highly unprofessional. Pls dont go to (LIME ) location. Ive never had a problem with any other location (peck & delmar). Now i have to wait yet another week to speak to a random provider about my pain! Its been 3 weeks now and no results!!

Been going here since June 2017...My Daughter sees Dr. Self... she is the best!!! She had another pediatrician at the Del Mar location but he left :-( It's been great having another pediatrician just as great as Dr. Marcus. Dr. Self-Stoico speaks from being a physician and a parent herself which really gives my husband peace of mind(which can be a hard feat medically speaking). I really enjoy this location and the nursing staff too!

If your insurance doesn't cover it or don't have an insurance, you have either to to pay up front or ask to get billed😊
