The operator transferred me and I was in position five of the cue. I am so ashamed of this uncaring position you have taken of receiving and handling customers that are sick. Where is all your staff, that you can't answer phones. shame shame on you

I am a patient too... it's very frustrating... the long waits... I go the website... If you are already a patient can go to your chart ask your doctor directly... or request for appointment... with your call back # they call back pretty quick FYI the phone number is for the main central service location... (all locations they transfer Lime or?)
