Worst. Customer service representative kelvin abandoned me after asking the first question- what’s your name? He said oh I couldn’t help you now and then closed the chat. And this company keeps the money it owe you and refuse to transfer the balance. Such a fraud.

Beware customer service assurances. I bought tickets to the wrong rodeo (there were 2 at the same time) and phoned immediately when I realized my mistake. Customer service assured me that they could refund the tickets and I could go ahead and buy tickets for the other rodeo. I bought tickets for the other rodeo but saw on my app that I still had the tickets for the first one. I called back and the customer service lady said that she only saw tickets for the second rodeo on her screen and sent me an email to confirm. She said to give it 10 days to refund. 10 days later, no refund. I was unable to contact them to refund my money after the rodeo passed and I disputed the charges with my credit card, attaching all of the call logs and email. AXS disputed with a credit card company and refused to refund the money, over $100. They claimed that I had bought tickets to both rodeos and just didn't attend the first one. They also attached the fine print when I bought the ticket saying that they were nonrefundable, which I knew about when I called customer service and why I was so relieved when they said that they could refund my tickets. If customer service would have told me that the first tickets were non-refundable, I would have attended the first rodeo and not bought further tickets from them to another rodeo that they were also the seller for. But AXS promised me that I could have them refunded so I believed them, stupid me! I've been sent emails and letters to AXS with the attached call logs and email to dispute my case directly to them and they never replied. They are crooks and stole my money. Be careful when making purchases from them because their word is worthless.

Disguised scalper priced tickets as “premium” AXS tickets with no advertisement of increased prices. They cleverly described the price of $120 plus fees as the “market” value. The event was released for ticket sale only a few moments prior and the price at release was $59.95 which is half the price of what they charged. This is intentionally deceptive and borderline fraudulent. I quickly (within 30 minutes) attempted to resolve this issue by both calling them and live chatting with them online. Their support number is not readily available online and I waited on hold for an hour before being disconnected from the call. The online chat had me wait in line for about an hour as well. I do not necessarily think this was intentionally made difficult, but it does seem suspect. In the end, they refused to give me a refund. I will be filing a complaint unfortunately and encouraging others to do the same.

I am sad to write this review since I have been going to AXS events and concert since 2001. I will be BOYCOTTING AXS moving forward due to shady business practices. Why you ask? To begin their fraudulent business practice of charging different amounts for the same exact services my case over $159 per ticket. I got 4 tickets so that is a total of $636 they over charge me. DO NOT TO BUY TICKETS WITH AXS. Not only did they over charge me for the same exact tickets as other people in my general section but their bad customer service, let me beyond frustraded and will not even get to enjoy the show. I had to wait for an hour for their customer service, once it was my turn they hung up on me. Then they said I would receive an email between 24 and 48 hours and nothing. I had to again wait to get a hold of their representatives to get an answer to my dispute. They just said the request was denied and all tickets sales are final. Again DO NOT BUY FROM THEM since no matter the issue IS they will just say that ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL TO COVER THEIR FRADULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES.

For the most part yes. General seating changes per event so check your event to see what the general seating zones are
No, you should go to the Arlington Theater box office.
